Why I provide at-home pet euthanasia

There is truly no better way to honor our beloved pets last wishes than to help them pass, when its time, peacefully and painlessly in their sleep, at home, surrounded by family. I firmly believe it, because it is a desire we all would want when that time comes.

What pet parents are saying

Dr. Whala is one of the most compassionate and kind veterinarians I have ever met. The experience was far better in our home than previous vet offices. Like night and day.

I found Dr. Whala very compassionate. She explained the procedure thoroughly and what to expect. She handled my Kobie as if she was her own babygirl. I’m so glad my Kobie left so peacefully at home. I highly recommend Dr. Whala.

Dr. Karen Whala is as professional as could be. Coupled with her compassion, empathy, and patience, she made our experience as painless as possible. We had a very hard decision to make and it was comforting to have her with us. She was patient and did not rush us at any point. She was soothing and new just the right things to say and how to say them to help our entire family get through a difficult process. This is the second time we’ve utilized this service and the first time was not the same experience. Different company and veterinarian. We highly recommend Dr. Karen Whala.
