Dr. Lowman was wonderful. She helped us transition our cat of 9 years in a way that was meaningful and less painful in a familiar environment that lessened the stress on our cat. The person I spoke to when looking for a vet to come out for same day euthanasia was extremely insensitive. No compassion, just fill in the form questions being asked. She even argued with me about the town I live in! It was obviously just a call service and her smoke alarm battery was beeping!!! Horrible horrible horrible.
